New Body Coaching

I often describe this work as installing a “new technology” or an upgraded blueprint. That’s because in the first session, we install a new model. What you are WILLING to feel, to heal, and to grow is a declaration of WILL: a powerful process that catalyzes a massive shift in your inner and outer worlds.

The “new technology” is what activates The New Body— the burgeoning pathways, neuro-nets, shifting physiology + fascia, and series of choices and reframes that HOLD the new system in place. And New Body Coaching helps you impeccably embody and integrate these things.

The work is to build the new blueprint out into the body— integrating insights that naturally unfold through the power of your will (the call and response with the spiritual world), navigating challenging shifts and marinating in the good ones.
