May I be an agent of balance. May my presence harmonize and elevate. May I always remain in service to the highest good of all, harming none. May I work free from ego and fear. May I be faithful in the ever-present intelligence of love.

About Me

I’m a medicine woman, shaped by both rupture and remembrance—walking a path that weaves together spirit, soul, and body through somatic healing, folk medicine, and therapeutic presence.

The work I do lives at the intersection of soul and body. I am a bridge between worlds—between clinical and intuitive, ancient and emergent, the nervous system and the unseen. My practice is rooted in training, lineage, and lived experience.

I didn’t plan to walk this path. It opened through a series of initiations—trauma, loss, addiction, chronic pain, motherhood, and the long process of unraveling everything I thought I had to be. The plants called me back to myself. The body began to speak in a language I could no longer ignore. What I offer now is the result of walking through those thresholds again and again.

I offer holistic psychotherapy and spiritual healing that welcomes the full complexity of being human—grief and joy, trauma and magic, confusion and clarity. My work honors both the science of the body and the mystery of the soul. It is held in strong boundaries, consent, and care, but shaped just as much by spaciousness, story, and deep listening.

I don’t perform neutrality. I show up as a whole person—attuned, honest, present. The healing that happens here isn’t clinical in the traditional sense. It’s relational, intuitive, and alive. It unfolds in the space between us.

In addition to 1:1 work, I offer workshops, trainings, retreats, and consulting for individuals and organizations. Whether in intimate circles or larger spaces, I hold containers where learning becomes ritual and transformation is both personal and collective.

If you’re looking for someone who brings both grounded tools and reverence for what can’t always be named—you may have landed in the right place.

With deep reverence, I honor the teachers, ancestors, and spiritual lineages that make this work possible.

Thank you to my late mentor Gail Gorelick, and to my Reiki teachers Sherri Sim, Niki Coate, and the lineage of Mikao Usui. I honor Don Elijio Panti, Miss Hortense, Rosita Arvigo, and Eve Sengfelder—keepers of Maya spiritual healing traditions. Gratitude to Laura Amazzone for her teachings in Shakta Tantra, to Shonagh Home for the laws of magic and wordcraft, and to Lisa Fazio for sharing the ways of Italian folk medicine.

I bow to the plant spirits and to nature herself—my greatest teacher. Thank you to Pam Montgomery and Stephen Harrod Buhner for awakening this remembrance, and to Kami McBride and Kimberley Ann Johnson for their embodied wisdom and care.

I live and practice on the lands of the Wappinger, Munsee Lenape, Pequonnock, and Schaghticoke peoples, and I honor them as the original stewards of this place.

To my ancestors—Gabriella, Joseph, Pauline, Ralph—and to all those who came before: thank you.

To the unseen forces working for the highest good: I’m listening.

May this work be in service to healing and liberation for all beings, harming none.

Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu.
