Hi, I’m Elizabeth, also known as “Lizzy”

I’m a medicine woman, shaped by rupture and remembrance. I’ve stumbled my way through a difficult life, rife with initiation. These initiations led me to experience painful truths about myself and the world around me. They challenged me to walk through fire again and again. They burned me, and I burned others. I am no stranger to the shadows, and this is part of what makes me extremely gifted at helping others navigate their own.

My life compelled me to heal. to seek. to walk into the underworld and back many times. It led me to travel locally and globally to work with teachers, land, and guides to retrieve and hone a raw and pulsating power within me, to strengthen my medicine.

I walk a path of devotion, devoted to freedom. The state of being liberated, unbound— by programming (cultural, familial, influential, etc). It’s an unadulterated experience of being WITH all that is. I believe this state is available to all of us.

This is my community service. It manifests through one-on-one and group work, teaching, leading conscious travel, workshops, and more. It’s spanned schools, police departments, courts, federal buildings, public parks, group homes, and more. The possibility of my offerings are vast— including Restorative Practices + Consulting and Narrative Based Activism.

The Work

The work I do lives at the intersection of matter and spirit. I operate as a bridge between worlds—in deep relationship with energy, nature, the ancestors.

I work between science and intuition, ancient and emergent, the nervous system and the unseen. All of it rooted in training, mentorship, and lived experience.

I offer integrative support that welcomes the full complexity of being human—grief and joy, trauma and resilience, confusion and clarity. My work honors both the intelligence of the body and the mystery of the soul. It’s held in strong boundaries and care, shaped equally by presence, story, and deep listening.

I don’t perform neutrality. I show up as a whole person—attuned, honest, and grounded. The work that unfolds here is relational, intuitive, and alive. It emerges in the space between us.
