Reiki is a powerful healing art that supports you in cultivating balance, presence, and alignment, within yourself, in your relationships, and in the world around you.

Whether you’re just beginning your healing journey or have walked this path for years, Reiki will help you heal more, love more, forgive more, and experience greater harmony in your body, mind, and spirit.

You will receive a traditional Reiki attunement and be guided in how to use this energy in your daily life.

While Level I is rooted in self-healing, you’ll also learn to offer Reiki to loved ones, clients, animals, plants, and the world around you, from a place of overflow, not depletion.

In this training, you will:

• Receive the Reiki Level I attunement.

• Learn to give Reiki to yourself and others.

• Strengthen a foundation of daily energetic hygiene and personal ritual.

• Understand the ethics and responsibilities of energyhealing.

Lizzy McDonald is a holistic psychotherapist, spiritual teacher, and folkloric practitioner with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals, families, and communities. Her work exists at the intersection of clinical and spiritual, the human and the unseen.

Lizzy has been a Reiki Master since 2016 and has initiated over 100 students in the Usui Shiki Ryoho lineage. She is dedicated to the joyful awakening of consciousness for all living beings. Through the ancient teachings and remembrance of Reiki, she believes wholeness, freedom, and the embodiment of one’s true purpose become vital and accessible. Her work is rooted in making this miraculous healing art available to all—in the name of liberation, balance, and deep joy.
